Regulation D is a Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulation governing private placement exemptions. It provides a number of exemptions from the registration requirements for companies to offer and sell their securities to those who qualify as Sophisticated Accredited Investors.

 

TCI is a holding and acquisition company that was incorporated in Texas in 2015. Our purpose is to effect mergers, capital stock exchanges, asset acquisitions, stock purchases, reorganizations, or similar business relationships with select businesses. Our primary interests, although we may pursue various business entities in any industry or geographic region, is focused on established businesses that have high values with strong economic futures that would benefit from access to the public market. TCI focuses on those that deal with mining gold and other precious metals and minerals.
